Nails, cake, and...fake poop???

So the other day I decided to do my nails. To pick what color I wanted I layed all of my choices out on the kitchen floor. Then I realized I had a TON of nail polish. I thought it was cool so I took a picture of it...

Well on Thursday I got invited to a birthday party of one of my VERY best friends! We have tons of inside jokes and tease her about being my black daughter (she's really white). So me and my other friend emily who we joke is her birth black mom (she's really white too) decided we would make her some fake poo for her birthday because her nickname is POOPkin. Here's a picture of our beautiful masterpeice poo family...

Finally the party came around on Saturday and she LOVED her present! Haha! We got some strange looks from the other party goers but it was worth it! The party was so much fun, playing just dane 2, swimming, and pouring ice down people's bathing suits... but my all time favorite was when we decorated the cakes! First there was team one who made this beautiful pink cake complete with an L with a heart around it for the birthday girl lauren.

Then there was team 3 who make a festive candy cake with suprise pretzels inside!

And then there was us...

At first our cake was beautiful. But then someone thought it would be a good idea to smash my head into the cake!!! Ugh! But it tasted delicous!
